Wax Seal Stickers

Wax seal stickers are so easy to use! All you need to do is peel off the backing and stick to your surface. They are perfect for various surfaces including paper, vellum, glass, acrylic, ribbon, and so many other surfaces.

Pro tip: peel off the backing only about 3/4 of the way and fold it back. Then slide in the ribbon or string and press firmly to seal the string in to create a floating wax seal.

Wax Sealing Tips/Care Instructions

Thank you for choosing our wax sealing products!

Here are some tips to ensure a great wax sealing experience:

Avoid overheating

Whether you are working with the furnace or the wax seal gun, temperature is key. For the gun, set the temperature from 160° to 180°. The temperature will depend on the wax, but the consistency should be slightly runnier than toothpaste.

*PRO TIP: wait a few seconds to stamp if the wax pour was runny.

Keep your stamp cool

If you make multiple wax seals, keep the stamp as cool as possible using ice or an ice pack.

*PRO TIP: Use ice to keep it cold and wipe all excess moisture off the stamp before stamping. Any residual water will prevent a perfect impression and make sure to give your wax seal a moment to cool down and set!

Clean up

Clean your stamp gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. For spoons, wipe with a paper towel before the wax cools off, but be careful! It will be hot! ⚠️

Storage

Store your stamp in a cool dry place and avoid moisture.
